Our company has been established under the name of Fermaş Fermuar Tekstil San. Tic. A.Ş. in 1991 and started manufacturing zippers in the workshop situated in Yenibosna.

Since 1994, it continues its production in 7.500m2 wide cutting edge technology manufacturing facility built in 10.000m2 area in Çorlu. Marketing, sales and shipment processes are being carried out in our management center situated in Merter.

In our integrated manufacturing facility, specialized technical employees are working under the supervision of experienced mechanical, chemical, electrical and electronics engineers. Manufacturing in our integrated facility, starts with the weaving of zipper line with 300 denier threads, after dyeing and finishing its gears are affixed, sized and the process ends with a final control and packaging.

The processes of cursor, accessory dye and metal zipper surface processes are being carried out in our facility. Our facility with capacity of producing 15.000.000 meters of zipper annually, continues its production according to the TSE, Öko-Tex Standart 100, ISO 9001 Quality Assurance system and Fermaş standards, quality inspections are applied in every phase of the production.

By applying total quality management, technological developments and new management techniques are being followed closely. Fermaş Fermuar Tekstil San. Tic. A.Ş. is a member of Outfit Sub-Industry Association (Konfeksiyon Yan Sanayicileri Derneği).
